The management of shopping centers or the management of commercial centers refers to the set of activities and operations that are carried out for the optimal operation and management of shopping centers and commercial complexes. The main goal of shopping center management is to create a suitable and attractive shopping environment for customers and to create an environment that makes it easy for store lessors and companies to carry out business activities.

The management of shopping centers includes the following:

1. Planning and design: In this stage, planning for the design and construction of the shopping center is done. This includes studying the market, determining the type of stores and tenant companies, designing different spaces, how to divide the space, and the technical requirements and facilities of shopping centers.

2. Marketing strategy: In this stage, marketing strategies are determined to attract customers to shopping centers. This includes advertising, discounts and encouraging customers to visit and shop at the mall.

3. Leasing and Tenant Management: In this phase, stores and companies are selected to lease their spaces in the mall. Tenancy management includes determining contract terms, tracking payments, resolving disputes, and providing support services to tenants.

4. Daily operations management: This includes the day-to-day activities of shopping malls, Mann

5. Customer Experience: The most important aspect in managing shopping centers is creating a positive customer experience. This includes providing comfortable and social spaces, providing diverse services (restaurants, cinemas, clubs, amusement games), diversity of tenant stores and brands, and providing after-sales services to customers.

6. Reporting and analysis: In this stage, management and performance reports of shopping centers are prepared and the performance and efficiency of shopping centers are analyzed. This includes preparing financial reports, tenant performance reports, analyzing the progress and rate of attracting customers and checking their satisfaction.
